Return & Exchange Policy

At Anouk Designs, each piece we create is an original, one-of-a-kind painting. Because of the unique nature of our work,  we do not offer refunds.

However, are more than happy to exchange the painting for you.  The exchange must be approved within 14 days of your purchase. 

​

All shipping costs (both to return the item and to send the replacement) are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at info@anoukdesigns with the name of the painting you originally ordered.

  2. We will contact you and provide you with images of the paintings we have in stock.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.

Important Notes:

  • All shipping costs (both to return the item and to send the replacement) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
